Delivery Director (Xico)

We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Delivery Management

• Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function or work area.
• Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations.
• Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members.
• Provides leadership for multiple work areas / disciplines within Delivery.
• Guides direct reports to execute functional plans and initiatives.
• Works in partnership with senior management to establish and achieve business goals.
• Ensures outsourcing solutions align with customer business objectives and achieve NTT Data's financial goals.
• Works with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop sales strategies and present NTT Data's competitive positioning for outsourcing services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires 15+ years relevant experience.
• Includes 5-7 years managerial/ leadership experience.
• Advanced influencing and communication skills.
• Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L; skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans.
