¿Te apasiona transformar ideas en proyectos exitosos? En OXXO buscamos un profesional de Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura que quiera liderar la construcción y renovación de nuestras tiendas, asegurando proyectos de alta calidad que impacten directamente en la experiencia de millones de clientes.
Serás responsable de gestionar proyectos de construcción desde su planeación hasta la entrega final del inmueble, coordinando equipos internos y externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de tiempos, calidad y presupuesto.
Principales responsabilidades
Coordinar la construcción de tiendas nuevas, remodelaciones e iniciativas estratégicas.
Supervisar el desarrollo de obra asegurando el apego a estándares de calidad y normativas vigentes.
Administrar múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea, dando seguimiento puntual a avances, riesgos y entregables.
Coordinar contratistas, proveedores, gestores y diferentes áreas involucradas en el proyecto.
Gestionar la documentación y expedientes de construcción conforme a los procesos institucionales.
Implementar acciones que optimicen tiempos y mejoren la ejecución de los proyectos.
Lo que buscamos
Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura .
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en administración y supervisión de obra (comercial y/o residencial).
Conocimiento en reglamentos y normas de construcción e instalaciones eléctricas.
Manejo de AutoCAD, Revit y Microsoft Office .
Deseable conocimiento en OPUS
Habilidad para coordinar equipos y administrar diversos proyectos al mismo tiempo.
