Genpact Ltd. seeks a Front Line Manager - F&A - Treasury to lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash position reporting in a hybrid Guadalajara role. You will coordinate banking activities, manage FX risk, and drive treasury process improvements with a compliant, high-performing team.

The role collaborates across AP/AR, accounting, legal, and controls to optimize operations, while ensuring SOX compliance and policy adherence. Fluent English required, with day shift in Mexico.
