Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous, strategic, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across the organization—ranging from junior level roles up to managers and directors.

We are seeking a professional with English fluency who can communicate seamlessly with key stakeholders and external vendors, conduct compensation analyses to justify budget requests, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with hiring managers and executive directors to define role profiles, align on hiring strategies, and deliver status updates on talent pipelines.

• Job Board Management: Post and manage job openings across various levels (junior, senior, manager, and director) on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

• Active Sourcing: Execute proactive sourcing strategies and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to attract top-tier market talent.

• ATS & Reporting: Track candidate progress through BambooHR and maintain an up-to-date internal Excel tracker to monitor core recruitment metrics.

• Document Administration: Request, audit, and organize candidate documentation throughout the hiring and compliance process.

• Compensation Analysis & Offers: Conduct compensation reviews and market benchmark exercises to request and secure budget, build formal job offers, and lead negotiations with final candidates.

• Candidate Experience: Maintain continuous, clear communication with applicants, providing timely feedback and ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the process.

• Cross-Functional Logistics: Coordinate with the IT department to ensure equipment provision for new hires, and collaborate with the broader HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.

• Vendor Management: Communicate and negotiate with external talent acquisition vendors to identify opportunities and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced / Fluent English: Must be able to conduct business meetings, executive interviews, and offer negotiations in English effortlessly.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience: Proven track record managing administrative, mid-level, managerial, and executive-level requisitions.

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with active sourcing and job posting strategies on LinkedIn and Indeed.

• ATS Proficiency: Experience navigating candidate tracking workflows using BambooHR (or similar ATS software).

• Analytical & Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking pipelines, reporting metrics, and structuring compensation/budget requests.

• Attention to Detail: High level of organization, documentation control, and a candidate-first mindset.
