Your Role

As a Lead Technical Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary technical advisor and escalation point for clients, leading the delivery, deployment, and operation of enterprise web applications. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams, ensuring high-quality releases and stable production environments.

In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise in .NET-based applications with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing application lifecycle management, supporting CMS platforms, driving incident resolution, and guiding technical teams toward successful project outcomes aligned with client and business objectives.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and lead architecture, delivery, and operational discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and release readiness.
• Oversee deployments, environment management, and production support activities.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support and maintain CMS platforms including Drupal, Ektron, and UpperStrata.
• Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure operational stability.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive best practices across DevOps, CI/CD, cloud operations, and application support processes.

• Leverages expertise in .NET, enterprise CMS platforms, cloud technologies, DevOps, and release management to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready digital experiences.
