Customer Support Associate Ii (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Position: Customer Support Associate II – Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers and recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
• Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing.
• Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
• Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.

What You'll Need

• Typically requires a 2‑year degree and 2‑4 years of experience or a high school graduate with equivalent related experience.
• 1‑3 years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $18,****** - $22,****** MXN Monthly.
