Customer Service Analyst - International (Ramos Arizpe)

Job Description

As a Customer Service Analyst – International you will be responsible for following up on information requests related to the purchase orders of Latin‑American customers, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and service is of high quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide quotes to the sales team.
• Capture and track purchase orders.
• Provide status updates of purchase orders to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the warehouse ships orders on time.
• Manage the full cycle of customer orders from creation through delivery.
• Detect, report and solve freight claims.
• Resolve problems, alleviate conflicts or escalates appropriately.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Provide support and solutions to medium‑complexity problems of internal and external clients.
• Interact with collaborators and suppliers to solve customer problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service (experience with international clients is a plus).
• Fluent in English; advanced proficiency required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients.
• Detail oriented, organized, strong time‑management skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge desirable.
