Quality Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering environments.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within Quality, Engineering, or Operations functions.
• Experience working in regulated industries and with customer requirements, external audits, and certification bodies is strongly preferred.

• Understanding of EQS, ELSS, & EBE as components of the EBS, including the assessment process and criteria.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, with experience in internal and external audits.
• Bilingual English – Spanish.
• ASQ Certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) (required or strongly preferred).
• Solid knowledge and application of Lean Enterprise principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).
• Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality Systems, statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.

• Ability to teach, train, and develop personnel in accounting department.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
