We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize business operations, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable business results. REQUIREMENTS

Operations Manager – Strong Fit Resume Requirements

1. 5+ years of Operations Management experience.
2. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
3. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement).
4. Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
5. Project Management and Change Management experience.
6. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
7. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
8. Budget, resource planning, and cost optimization experience.
9. Demonstrated measurable achievements and business impact.
10. Professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred).
11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
12. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
