Bilingual Medical Appointment Scheduler (Spanish/English)

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Wellness Call Center Representative in Tijuana. In this role, you will handle high-volume patient calls and schedule clinician visits while informing them about program benefits.
The position requires at least one year of call center experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency in customer service software. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM, with numerous benefits including paid training and medical insurance.
