Marketing & Launch Excellence Manager

Summary

The Marketing & LEX Manager is responsible for designing the best-in-class customer engagement models & leading cross functional teams to over the top strategic thinking.~ Lidera la entrega de múltiples proyectos a través de una variedad de canales creativos y de marketing, incluidos los medios impresos y digitales. Desarrollar y coordinar planes de proyecto en las etapas de diseño, desarrollo y producción de un proyecto para respaldar la entrega exitosa dentro de los KPI establecidos.
~ Trabaja en colaboración con los equipos de marca, los equipos técnicos y todas las funciones para maximizar el valor.
~ Proporciona consultoría, asesoramiento y asistencia en la estrategia para la comercialización de productos, e influye en el equipo de operaciones de marketing/marketing de ventas en la toma de decisiones sobre la asignación de recursos de la fuerza de ventas de la manera más óptima, a través de la entrega de proyectos probados basados en análisis.

About the Role

Major accountabilities: 

• Strategic Planning, management & execution of OCE for core brands under responsibility.
• Co-design & coordinate the ICE engagement model (5R) for brands under responsibility.
• Co-design & coordinate Patient Activation Plan from an OCE perspective for brands under responsibility.
• Responsible for oversighting OBP & LRR excellence across core brands.

Key performance indicators:

• OCE Objectives per brand.
• ICE Objectives per brand.
• OBP according to local & LACAN guidelines & time frame for both Core & local brands.
• LRR plans in place according to each molecule timeline & milestones (L-/+m)

Minimum Requirements: 

Work Experience:

• Pharma Marketing Experience (Brand Manager and/or Launch Experience desirable)
• Digital/Omnichannel Marketing Experience
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Management.
• Digital Marketing Data & Insights proficiency.
