If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Associate Production Supervisor** located in Guadalajara, South Campus.**Reporting to Operations Manager, **Associate Production Supervisor** this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.***What a typical day looks like:*** *Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line’s success.** *Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality.** *Guide a team of professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements.** *Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability.** *Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.** *Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.** *May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function.** *Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.** *Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.** *Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.** *Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.** *Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.** *Ensures compliance with standards.***The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience.* Experience as Production Supervisor.* Strong experience as leader.* Intermediate English is a plus.* Flexible working hours availability* Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.* Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).* Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics* Experience in the use of Floor shop systems.* Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End).* Experience in BAAN system (SAP).**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.OC16## ## Job CategoryOperations #J-18808-Ljbffr
