We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee in-process and final quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

• Direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues.

• Lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including CP, FIS, and WI.

• Organize and conduct training for subordinates on quality measurement tools and quality control principles.

• Lead and perform annual MSA, SIR, LPA, and product audits.

• Direct efforts to follow up on incoming material defects, ensuring swift resolution.

• Monitor and address issues related to homemade components, ensuring quality compliance.

• Coordinate and collaborate with the AMSSJ team for support on quality-related queries.

• Timely report any major obstacles encountered on-site to higher management for prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related science/engineering field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Quality Management within the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Medical Device industries.
• Expert-level proficiency in the AIAG Five Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA/PFMEA, SPC, and MSA) with a proven track record of successful New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Advanced skills in structured problem-solving, including 8D, DMAIC, 5-Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), and Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement and scrap reduction.
• Certified or highly experienced in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards; familiarity with ISO 13485 (Medical) or VDA 6.3/6.5 is a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M), coupled with experience in Lean Manufacturing tools such as Gemba Walks, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Supplier Quality (SQE), including conducting on-site audits, managing SCARs, and overseeing Supplier Risk Assessments.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal) for international stakeholder engagement; must be open to extensive business travel to supplier and customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
