Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Leading supplier evaluation and selection within the tail portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs across quality, service, specifications, and cost efficiency.
• Staying informed on evolving business requirements, including product changes, forecasts, and critical demand.
• Participating in Core Strategy Teams for direct materials and indirect materials in the Efficiency and/or Essential Quadrants.
• Negotiating pricing based on market trends and business strategies, while identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Representing sourcing in project development meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
• Ensuring procurement activities comply with SOPs, audit standards, and company policies.
• Tracking procurement performance and resolving supplier issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, and blocked invoices.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Adminsitration, Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement.
• Direct and indirect materials procurement knowledge
• Experience on negotiation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English , other language is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP for procurement and supplier management tasks
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier networks within the North America market.
