Descripción y detalle de las actividades

• Purchase management and negotiation; organize and coordinate activities related to the area, the acquisition of paper.
• Responsible for processing and updating the evaluation reports of approved suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders for raw materials before sending them to the General Director for approval.
• Identify continuous improvement actions through supplier evaluation reports.
• Coordinate visits to supplier facilities in order to find solutions to non-conformities in purchasing management.
• Search for alternative suppliers for direct supplies according to the established requirements.
• Responsible for buying inputs according to the required quality of the process.
• Coordinate that all materials required in the purchase order have been delivered according to the scheduled date.

Experiência y requisitos

• 5 years of experience in the Purchasing area.
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of the different types of paper. ( Packing material)
• Experience in Supplier Selection and cost reduction.
