Overview of the position:

We are looking for a CPO Senior Specialist with strong experience in the automotive industry, in the used cars segment. This role requires a commercial and strategic profile , focused on driving sales and strengthening the CPO program.

The ideal candidate has experience in dealer training, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to influence and support stakeholders while delivering results.

Typical tasks:

• Drive CPO (Used Cars) sales performance across the dealer network, ensuring achievement of targets.
• Conduct regular visits to dealerships to monitor operations, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with CPO standards.
• Deliver training sessions to used cars sales advisors at dealerships, strengthening sales capabilities and execution.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying opportunities by product, region, and seasonality.
• Support and guide dealers in sales strategies, campaigns, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to implement promotions and incentive programs.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders, acting as a strategic business partner.

Qualifications:

• +5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in used cars
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Experience delivering training and development programs for dealer networks.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English (business level).
• Availability to travel frequently.
