Brand Executive Americas (Querétaro)

Inspired Education is seeking to appoint a Brand Executive – Americas to join our Regional Marketing team. Based in Querétaro, Mexico and reporting to the Marketing Director for Americas, this role will support a portfolio of premium schools across the Americas, driving brand excellence and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness, generate qualified leads, and support enrolment growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Working closely with Heads of School, Admissions teams, and regional stakeholders, the Brand Executive will lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns, analyze performance, develop compelling brand communications, and ensure every school delivers a consistent and premium brand experience. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, creativity, analytical thinking, and exceptional project management skills with the agility to succeed in a dynamic international education environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute tailored marketing plans for multiple schools and brands across the Americas, ensuring alignment with business and enrolment objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, websites, and offline channels.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare insightful reports that translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with Heads of School, Admissions teams, and regional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
• Support the development, review, and delivery of creative assets and marketing content, ensuring consistency with Inspired's premium brand standards.
• Create engaging presentations, reports, and marketing materials that communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Review digital campaign implementation across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring campaigns are optimized and aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless marketing initiatives across the region.
• Travel regularly to schools across the Americas to strengthen relationships, support local marketing initiatives, and ensure successful campaign execution.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or similar roles, ideally managing multiple brands simultaneously.
• Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting marketing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Power BI, with the ability to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence reviewing creative assets and maintaining brand consistency.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver professional presentations.
• A proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and willingness to travel regularly across the Americas.
