Responsibilities
About the Role:
- We are a US-based AI marketing company hiring a bilingual appointment setter to cold call HVAC contractors across Florida.
- You will book qualified demo calls for our automation platform.
- This is a long-term remote position with a clear path to higher earnings.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- 4 hours/day — 20 hours/week.
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Eastern Time.
What You Will Do:
- Make 60–70 outbound calls per day to Florida HVAC business owners.
- Qualify prospects using our script and book live demos.
- Log all activity in our CRM (training provided).
- Send daily report via WhatsApp at 1:00 PM EST.
Pay:
- $7.00 USD/hour base.
- $5 per confirmed demo (prospect shows up).
- $75 per client that signs a contract.
Monthly Bonuses:
- 2 closes = $50.
- 3 closes = $100.
- 5 closes = $200.
Requirements:
- Clear English — US business owners must understand you immediately.
- Colombia, Mexico, or Nicaragua based (EST timezone required).
- Minimum 1 year cold calling or outbound sales experience.
- Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Comfortable with rejection and high call volume.

- OpenPhone dialer.
- CRM access and training.
- Weekly coaching and feedback.
Do NOT Apply If:
- You have no outbound calling experience.
- You cannot commit to EST hours Monday–Friday.
- Your written English in this application is weak.
