We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants for our logistics properties, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants for our logistics properties, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our logistics properties
• Identify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold calling
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilities
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
• Prepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operations
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the logistics real estate sector

Required Skills

• Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
