BD Manager

El Business Development Manager será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio mediante la identificación y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales, la venta de soluciones integrales de logística y supply chain, así como la administración de cuentas estratégicas. Liderará el proceso comercial de principio a fin, desde la prospección y desarrollo de propuestas hasta la negociación, cierre de contratos y fortalecimiento de relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
Ubicación: Nuevo León o CDMX
Principales responsabilidades
- Prospectar y desarrollar nuevos clientes estratégicos.
- Generar y administrar oportunidades de negocio.
- Desarrollar soluciones logísticas en conjunto con las áreas internas.
- Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales y ejecutivas.
- Negociar precios, condiciones comerciales y contratos.
- Administrar cuentas clave y fortalecer relaciones con clientes.
- Colaborar con equipos de Operaciones, Ingeniería, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos para garantizar la implementación de las soluciones.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida (Maestría deseable).
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas de servicios de logística, transporte, almacenes o supply chain.
- Experiencia en ventas de contract logistics a empresas AAA (INDISPENSABLE)
- Experiencia en desarrollo de nuevos negocios y administración de cuentas estratégicas.
- Inglés B2 (intermedio-avanzado).
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Conocimientos en: Contract Logistics, Administración de transporte y almacenes, Supply Chain, Comercio Internacional
- Experiencia: Desarrollo de propuestas comerciales, negociación y cierre de contratos.
