Regional Operation Management System (Coms) Leader (Mexicali)

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the region to drive overall improvements in specific areas such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation.
• Provide mentorship to the leadership team in developing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the region.
• Actively support the culture change towards continuous improvement by training, developing and implementing improvement processes, while using operational excellence tools.
• Identify a Continuous Improvement Roadmap and ensure its alignment with Creation's strategic development plans.
• Support the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with other functions in the region and mentor teams during lean implementation to ensure forward momentum is maintained.
• Professionally construct problem statements, objectives, scope of work, planning steps, analytical thought processes, and conclusions/results.
• Maintain a professional presence, tact and courtesy, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative work relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related functional areas, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in lean manufacturing cultural transformation, as a Continuous Improvement Leader, black belt, or similar role.
• 5 years' experience as a leader.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in understanding financial metrics.
