Director of AI-Driven Agentic Platforms

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to drive hands-on delivery of applied AI and agentic capabilities. Lead engineering strategy for agentic applications and reusable AI platform capabilities, partnering with AI, Data Science, Security, and Product teams to scale production systems.
You will build scalable software platforms where agents operate as intelligent personas, govern AI tooling adoption, and ensure secure, observable enterprise solutions.
