Hospitality HR & Employee Relations Lead

The Standard, Mexico City is seeking an HR Employee Relations Lead to shape culture and people strategy in a luxury hospitality setting. You will lead investigations, collaborate with hotel operations, and ensure policy compliance while upholding The Standard's values.

In this role you will oversee employee documentation, payroll-related processes, and union relations, and drive talent development and climate initiatives to sustain a high-performing workplace.
