Regional HR Partner - LATAM & People Strategy
Pacific International Lines
Pacific International Lines is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Mexico City. You will support HR operations and initiatives aligned with regional goals, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and enhancing employee engagement.
Your background in HR strategy and talent acquisition, coupled with strong organizational skills, will position you to lead and influence HR practices across Colombia and Perú. The role includes responsibilities in performance management and employee relations.
