Print Production Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Print Production Designer with strong print production expertise to support the development, adaptation, and delivery of high-quality marketing and retail assets. This role is primarily focused on preparing accurate, production-ready artwork across a range of print deliverables while ensuring brand consistency, technical compliance, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in preparing files for print production, adapting existing creative across formats, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working collaboratively with creative, production, and Client Engagement teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce print and media-ready artwork for print and marketing materials, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, technical, and production requirements.
• Adapt and version existing creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, languages, and regional specifications.
• Prepare final artwork files for print production, ensuring correct file setup, color management, image resolution, bleeding, trapping, and other pre-press requirements.
• Work closely with our Production Manager as well as all creative team members, and external suppliers to deliver projects accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure all artwork complies with client brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Conduct final quality control checks to identify and resolve artwork issues before production.
• Support the development of retail marketing materials, point-of-sale collateral, packaging, brochures, flyers, catalogs, direct mail, and other printed assets.
• Experience with image retouching and manipulation.
• Manage and maintain organized project files, templates, and client asset libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors and project managers to implement feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently.
• Troubleshoot production and artwork challenges and provide practical solutions to meet project objectives.
• Stay informed about print production standards, processes, and industry best practices.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing activities within the team when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Artworker, Production Artist/Designer, or Graphic Production role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English level for written and verbal communication is desired.
• Strong experience preparing artwork for commercial print production.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork and production workflows.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, pre-press requirements, Color management (CMYK, spot colors, Pantones) and of proofing and file preparation.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Slides.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve production issues before release.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently while responding effectively to changing business priorities.
• Portfolio showcasing artwork is a plus.
