What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead maintenance activities to deliver reliable equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Support internal stakeholders by troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Use your skills in preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and safety outcomes.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we innovate and operate .

What We're Looking For

• Experience in maintenance management and a strong ability to deliver reliable equipment performance .
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish , particularly in written and verbal formats .
• A mindset of continuous improvement , with a focus on safety and efficiency.
