Content Operations, Analyst (Xico)

Job Overview

The role involves working closely with cross‑functional GCO and MKT teams to achieve high quality, efficient Ancillary content delivery pipelines for Streaming platforms, linear channels, and Social Media. The incumbent tracks creation and delivery status, handles priorities, and investigates process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Track and ensure all requested Ancillary content is completed and delivered on time.
• Provide feedback to business regarding progress and alert on capacity constraints.
• Triage and troubleshoot content delivery challenges, providing immediate resolutions and root cause analysis.
• Gather insights from current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization opportunities.
• Work with development teams to create tools for content categorization and visibility.
• Document ancillary content workflows through process maps, business process and media flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams; identify innovative solutions with teams.

Requirements (Essentials)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Communications, Broadcasting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in media companies.
• Business acumen on media operations.
• Ability to work on cross‑functional multi‑cultural teams collaboratively.
• Technical knowledge of media workflows, media formats, and post‑production workflows.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of user experience basic principles.
• High analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese.
