We are currently searching for a Data Governance Consultant:

Responsibilities:

• Define and document data governance policies, guidelines, and standards .
• Implement quality management models , data dictionaries, catalogs, and lineage.
• Establish roles and responsibilities within the governance framework ( Data Owners, Stewards, Custodians ).
• Perform data maturity assessments and propose improvement plans.
• Coordinate initiatives regarding data quality, security, privacy, and protection .
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., privacy, security, and audits).
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enable corporate data management practices.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding information quality and availability.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience within the Banking/Financial industry .
• Strong proficiency in SQL .
• In-depth knowledge of the DAMA (DMBOK) framework .

Desired:

• Knowledge of Python .
• Experience with Power BI .

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
