We are looking to hire a Product and Process Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at El Marqués, Querétaro

What you can look forward to as Product and Process Quality Assurance Engineerr:

• Developed and maintained Control Plans for assigned product platforms, ensuring alignment with quality requirements and supporting successful product release and process stability.
• Collaborated in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reviews with cross-functional teams to identify risks, implement preventive actions, and meet internal and customer quality requirements.
• Audited and validated scrap material reporting and inventory records , ensuring accurate data tracking and system integrity within QAD.
• Created and maintained quality checklists, inspection records, control charts, and process documentation , enabling reliable data collection for process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk) and corrective actions.
• Conducted process audits and model change validations to verify compliance with established controls and customer-specific requirements.
• Led First Time Quality (FTQ) monitoring and improvement initiatives , driving corrective actions to achieve and sustain performance targets.
• Implemented and monitored Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to maintain process stability, identify variation trends, and support data-driven decision making.
• Performed root cause analysis (RCA) using structured problem-solving tools to improve key performance indicators, resolve internal and external customer issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Your profile as Product and Process Quality Assurance Engineer:

• Knowledge of VDA standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and application of problem solving
• Knowledge and application of CSRs
• Knowledge and application of Core Tools
• Nice to have proficient english
