Order Management Analyst - Temporal (San Antonio de la Punta)

Are you detail‑oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Customer Order Management Associate , where you’ll oversee the end‑to‑end process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, on‑time deliveries, and seamless collaboration across departments. This is a role located in Querétaro, México.

This is a temporary role with a duration of 6 months.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and validate ~68,000 orders annually, ensuring inventory availability and system accuracy.
• Coordinate ~68,000 deliveries per year across 980 delivery points and 120 national routes.
• Achieve 98% service level and 99% on‑time delivery with zero incorrect cancellations.
• Work closely with Credit & Collections, Transportation, Operations, and Demand Planning to guarantee smooth invoicing and distribution.
• Track and report service KPIs, cancellations, and customer rejections to drive continuous improvement.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills; SAP knowledge desirable.
• Basic understanding of transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
