FP&A CoE Lead

We are seeking a high-impact FP&ACoELead to support the design and execution of a centralized FP&A operating model across the Americas. This role will play a critical part in building a scalable Finance Center of Excellence (CoE), driving reporting standardization, process optimization, and business partnership excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive standardization of reporting, planning processes, and data structures
• Partner with OpCo Finance Directors and OpCo Business Controllers to align on performance management and reporting requirements
• Support development of a reporting inventory and rationalization roadmap
• Implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and insight generation
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance forums
• Build and embed ways of working for a hybrid FP&A model
• Support onboarding and capability development of new FP&A team members
• Track risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across the transition roadmap

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Business Finance
• Experience with shared services or CoE models
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and local finance teams
• Proven track record in process improvement, automation
• Advanced data and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, financial systems)
• Ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment
• Fluency in English
