Business Developer | Desarollador/a de Negocios | Ejecutivo/a Comercial

Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and results‑driven Business Developer to drive sales, expand partnerships and grow revenue in the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in‑depth research to identify and profile potential leads based on company goals, industry trends, and challenges.
  • Utilize social media, industry events, and networking to source high‑quality leads.
  • Organize the promotional and logistics aspects for networking events.
  • Match product features to customer needs and tailor presentations to resonate with different industries and personas.
  • Improve and optimize sales processes based on data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records in Zoho CRM and leverage it for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Build and maintain reselling partnerships.

Product Knowledge & Demonstrations

  • Gain a deep understanding of Easy4Pro’s features, including spot quoting, track & trace, rate cards, 4PL services and invoicing.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay informed about industry trends in transportation, automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning of Easy4Pro.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement areas and potential new features.

Partnership & Business Growth

  • Identify potential reselling partnerships and assist in negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing strategies and contract structures.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts.

Soft Skills & Relationship Building

  • Read the room effectively and adjust communication style to different stakeholders.
  • Utilize persuasion techniques to influence decision‑making processes.
  • Understand clients’ personalities, motivations, and concerns to create tailored pitches.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in logistics, transportation, or SaaS solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills: strong research and analytical skills for lead profiling and market intelligence.
  • Speaking English & Spanish is a necessity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and business intelligence software.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and manage partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
