Lead Test Engineer, Electronics & Test Systems
Plasticos Castella SA
Plasticos Castella SA is seeking a senior Lead Test Engineer to direct a workcell testing team and drive excellence in test strategies for electronic circuit boards. You will design, develop and maintain procedures, test equipment and software to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate with customer engineering teams to meet project goals and cost targets.
