Account Executive, Tech Sales (Xico) (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

Responsibilities
- Own overall sales performance, driving growth and consistently hitting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide hands‑on support and mentorship to the SDR team, generating qualified opportunities and building strong pipelines through creative outbound strategies.
- Ensure partners benefit fully from commercial offerings, identifying emerging markets and shifts and advising the team on positioning Insider One for maximum impact.
- Design and execute new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs aimed at capturing key demographics and accelerating growth.
- Deliver clear, accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce, and travel industries (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of MarTech (Digital Marketing, CX) is a must.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow‑up effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners, especially at the executive level; focus on partnership rather than a one‑time sale.
