About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Procurement Intern to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support procurement, materials planning, and inventory management activities to ensure materials are available to meet production requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment, providing exposure to ERP systems, supplier management, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. It is an excellent opportunity for students interested in building a career in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support material requirements planning based on production schedules and customer demand.
• Manage and analyze Open Orders and Open Requisition reports.
• Track, update, and report departmental KPIs.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and support adherence improvement initiatives.
• Assist in engineering change analysis and implementation activities.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and reducing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and supply continuity.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on procurement and supply chain processes.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in:
• Supply Chain Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Logistics
• Business Administration
• Or a related field
• Preferred: Students in their 5th to 7th semester .
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers through email and virtual meetings.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• Filters
• Basic formulas and data analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
