CRM Systems Lead & Data Analytics Architect

PSC Industries

AutoZone de México is seeking a CRM Applications and Data Analytics Specialist to support sales, business development, and operations with CRM tools, training, reports, and analytics.

You will document processes, monitor usage, develop CRM functionality, and coordinate with programmers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards across projects. This role also involves training teams and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
