Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) - Guadalajara

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Clinical Account Specialist for its Electrophysiology division in Guadalajara. This full-time role involves hands-on support during cardiac ablation procedures in clinical settings, with a six-to-nine-month training program leading to potential promotion to Clinical Account Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support during cardiac arrhythmia ablation procedures in clinical settings
- Work as operational partner with electrophysiologists and EP lab teams during patient procedures
- Support physicians with real-time cardiac mapping and navigation technology during interventions
- Participate in six-to-nine-month structured training program to develop clinical expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum, or associate degree with two years of related procedural hospital engineering experience
- STEM background preferred: biology, biochemistry, engineering, health sciences, or cardiac/interventional technology
- Cathlab or electrophysiology mapping experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and minimum three years driving experience
- Ability to travel up to 40% including overnight trips locally, regionally, and nationally
- Geographic flexibility with willingness to relocate to Mexico City, Monterrey, Mérida, or León
- Strong technical skills, leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
