Working within our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM), you’ll ensure that designs are accurately translated into polished, functional web pages.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working hands-on with live web experiences—owning page quality, troubleshooting issues, and making improvements directly in the CMS environment.What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in ensuring the website is visually polished, consistent, and functioning as intended across all devices.Update webpages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Prepare design comps for the publishing team, ensure the handoff is organizedPartner closely with the publishing team to troubleshoot page builds and resolve issuesPerform QA checks across breakpoints to ensure responsiveness and consistencyCreate and export web-ready assets (images, graphics, components)Maintain high standards of visual polish, spacing, and alignment across pagesIdentify issues on the website (layout, styling, bugs) and proactively fix themSupport designers and stakeholders by helping bring concepts into live experiencesApply basic understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance considerationsHow You’ll WorkCollaborate closely with UX designers, marketers, and the publishing teamBalance speed and precision in a fast-paced production environmentTake ownership of your work, with the autonomy to identify and fix issues independentlyLearn and grow within a structured design system and web ecosystemNice to HaveDirect experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Exposure to QA processes for websitesExperience translating designs into production environmentsBasic understanding of front-end frameworks or web performance best practicesWhy This Role is a Great FitThis role is perfect for a designer who wants to:Build strong production and execution skillsGain hands-on experience working on a large-scale corporate websiteDevelop foundational knowledge at the intersection of design and front-end implementationGrow into more strategic UX or visual design roles over time* This is an office-based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy. *** Please provide your resume in English. **Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)~ 3-5 years of experience in web, digital, or UX design (internships included)Experience working in a CMS (AEM preferred, but not required)Strong attention to detail and eye for visual qualityExperience preparing assets for web (responsive images, optimized exports)Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (comfortable inspecting, debugging, and making minor adjustments)Figma expertiseUnderstanding of responsive design principles and breakpointsAbility to follow design systems and established patternsStrong problem-solving mindset and willingness to troubleshoot independentlyApplicants : Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
