Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Lead improvements and projects .
High complexity tasks‐projects .
High performance expectation .
Lead people; teams from different areas .
Tasks I,II,III .
ME NC Programmer .
Determinate .
Select new technologies for "cutting tools" .
Introduce new technology and tools to improve current manufacturing processes .
Monthly Supervision .
Critical decision and solve problems, may affects company goals .
Ability to impact business .
Mature‐Seniors employee supervision .
Responsible of the team tasks .
Needs judgment and creativity to make changes, needs negotiation .
Analysis helps and impacts company's decision .
Analysis to make department's decision and could impact to other areas .
Mentor training.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

Numerical control machines knowledge.
Training matrix.
Previous position Manufacturing Engineer level 3.
Training for ME - NC.
