Our operations in over 60 countries around the world has helped us achieve our position as an innovation and sustainability leader with repeated recognitions by Forbes, Corporate Knights for clean capitalism and others.## Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join our team as our Supplier Quality Engineer at KONE Mexico based in Torreón?* Do you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field?* Do you have experience managing supplier quality activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment?* Are you familiar with supplier qualification, supplier audits, quality assurance processes, and supplier development methodologies?* Do you have experience conducting supplier assessments, gap analyses, pre-audits, and process evaluations to ensure compliance with quality requirements?* Are you knowledgeable in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective action management?* Can you effectively collaborate with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure product, process, technical, and business requirements are met?* Do you have experience monitoring supplier performance using key quality metrics and driving improvement actions when targets are not achieved?* Are you comfortable participating in supplier negotiations and ensuring quality commitments are reflected in supplier agreements and quality annexes?* Do you have a strong understanding of quality, safety, environmental, and compliance standards within a global manufacturing organization?* Are you capable of leading supplier development activities, managing quality risks, and ensuring sustainable improvements throughout the supplier network?* Do you possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills that enable you to influence suppliers and internal partners alike?* Are you motivated to contribute to a culture of operational excellence and support KONE's Supplier Excellence Program objectives?### If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!As our **Supplier Quality Manager**, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of KONE's supplier network. Working closely with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams, you will support supplier selection activities by ensuring that product, process, technical, and business requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented.You will lead supplier qualification processes, conduct supplier assessments and audits, evaluate process risks through tools such as FMEA, and establish appropriate supplier quality control plans. In addition, you will monitor supplier quality performance, validate key performance measurements, and drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable improvements.As a trusted quality partner, you will help maintain supplier agreements and quality documentation in line with KONE requirements while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies, quality standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
