We are hiring

Sales Executive

Functions:

- Knowledge of hotel sales strategies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Availability to travel.

- Operation and coordination of groups.

- Preparation of the annual plan together with the Director of Sales (DOS).

- Negotiation skills (net rates, commissionable rates, agreements, and groups).

- Preparation of RFPs and CARPs.

- Visits to key accounts to maintain loyalty.

- Prospecting and visits to potential accounts.

- Site inspections at the property for potential accounts.

- Video calls with potential accounts outside Mexico City.

- Follow-up video calls with existing portfolio.

- Planning internal events to strengthen loyalty.

- Mastery of all B2B segments.

- Executive duty shifts.

Requirements:

- Career in Hospitality / Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Public Relations.

- Minimum of one year of experience in commercial area, front desk, or reservations.

- English level B1.

- Means of transportation (desirable).
