Hr manager, compliance employee relations (Monterrey)

Position Title: HR Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Mexico. This position will be responsible for daily HR management and full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, training, performance support, compliance, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations for the Mexico plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, training, and offboarding.
• Support hiring for direct labor, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and office positions.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and related documentation in compliance with local labor requirements.
• Coordinate payroll‑related information, including attendance, overtime, absences, and employee changes.
• Support training programs, performance reviews, employee development, and engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company rules are properly implemented across the plant.
• Track headcount, turnover, attendance, and other HR data; prepare regular HR reports as needed.
• Work closely with production, operations, finance, and management teams to support workforce stability and plant operations.
• Assist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or solar / photovoltaic component manufacturing.
• Strong experience in full‑cycle HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, training, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Mexican labor law, plant‑level HR operations, and employee relations practices.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with international companies or cross‑cultural teams is a plus.
• Experience from large‑scale manufacturing companies, especially automotive, industrial, solar, or photovoltaic component manufacturing.
• Candidates with HR experience from companies such as Top Group, Sanhua, Toyota, or similar manufacturing organizations are highly preferred.
• Strong plant HR experience with exposure to high‑volume employee management.
