About this opportunity: At Ericsson, we are excited to offer the position of Business Controller, an integral role in our finance team. In this position, you will be a key financial business partner to our company's leaders, steering Value Creation, strategy execution and adhering to the company's Finance Mandate while realizing our shared Group Perspective. Leveraging your deep understanding of our customers, markets, and our solutions, you will have an active role in influencing both short‑term and long‑term financial performance and resource allocation. As a Business Controller, you are expected to bridge operational, financial, and legal spheres, managing and advising on potential impacts. Moreover, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all finance roles supporting the operational unit, you will ensure seamless financial operations and strategy implementation.

What you will do

• Steer organizational performance, drive strategy execution, and Target fulfillment.
• Participate early in processes to boost shareholder value via Value Creation.
• Act as a key partner in business decisions, integrating finance perspectives into business discussions and negotiations.
• Lead in cultivating a culture of Ethics and Compliance, transforming finance into a business enabler while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
• Play an active role in enforcing Finance Framework execution that includes adherence to Ericsson Business Process (EBP) and accounting norms.
• Interface as the Finance Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for key operational stakeholders.
