MS365 Engineer – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

As a MS365 Engineer you will:

• Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and other Workplace Engineering technologies.
• Lead workstreams for workplace transformation initiatives across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, endpoint management, and user support environments.
• Support enterprise implementations of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, virtual desktop infrastructure solutions, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
• Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience through automation, predictive support analytics, intelligent tooling, and digital employee experience solutions.
• Manage project activities, coordinate deliverables, and guide team members through implementation efforts across large-scale technology programs.
• Support evaluation, implementation, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions including Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and similar workplace AI platforms.
• Advise clients on future-of-work strategies, workforce productivity improvements, and AI-enabled collaboration solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/ Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
• Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience with workplace engineering solutions using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID
• Project or program management experience
• Supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations
• Experienced leading/mentoring teams

• Deep endpoint management ownership (Intune, MECM, AutoPilot)
• Power Platform leadership (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
• Migration tool leadership (Quest, ShareGate, BitTitan, CTUDM)
• VDI/DaaS/cloud computing environment design
• Enterprise AI platform implementation/adoption leadership (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini)
• DEX platform ownership (Nexthink, Lakeside, Aternity)
• AI governance, compliance, security, and change management experience
• Analytics/telemetry/automation for workforce productivity
