Currently the global and local leading champagne brand, Moët & Chandon, is looking for a Product Manager that jointly with the Core Champagne Sr. Product Manager, will support the development and ensure the execution of brand strategies and marketing plans across all key consumer touchpoints, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Job responsibilities

This role is responsible for driving brand strategy, PR, influencer engagement, and retail excellence in alignment with global and local priorities. The position ensures strong brand visibility, premium execution, and impactful consumer engagement across all touchpoints.

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans across PR, Friends of the House (FOTH), and retail channels. Identify opportunities to enhance brand equity through partnerships, media, and premium retail initiatives.
• Develop FOTH engagement strategies aligned with key campaigns and business objectives while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and global stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor market trends, the media and influencer landscape, and competitor activity to identify best practices and growth opportunities.

Brand Operations (PR & FOTH)

• Lead the execution of the Friends of the House strategy, managing relationships with influencers, media, tastemakers, celebrities, and brand advocates.
• Oversee all engagement activities including gifting, events, and partnerships, ensuring strong alignment and measurable business impact.
• Develop and execute PR strategies for launches and campaigns, manage agency relationships, and coordinate media outreach, press materials, and editorial opportunities.
• Plan and execute events and brand experiences while tracking performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities through post-campaign analysis.
• Drive the implementation of retail visibility and activation plans across multiple channels, ensuring all executions meet premium brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with sales and trade marketing teams to deploy tools and materials effectively.
• Monitor in-store execution through regular visits, provide recommendations for continuous improvement, and support key commercial initiatives to deliver exceptional shopper experiences.

Brand Ambassador

• Act as a passionate representative of the Maison, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Support brand education initiatives internally and externally, reinforcing luxury standards and brand values.

Brand Administration

• Assist in managing marketing budgets, including tracking and reporting, and oversee administrative processes such as purchase orders.

Profile

A strong marketing professional with solid expertise in luxury brand building, communications, and consumer engagement. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and projects simultaneously while maintaining excellence in execution.

Highly skilled in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, media, partners, and cross-functional teams. Combines an analytical mindset with a data-driven approach, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively managing competing priorities while delivering results.

Brings a deep passion for luxury, lifestyle, gastronomy, fashion, and cultural trends, along with a refined aesthetic sensibility and strong storytelling capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to the highest standards of quality.

Experience & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, PR, or related fields, with 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, PR, communications, or trade marketing roles.

Proven experience working with influencers, media, agencies, and external partners, supporting the execution of integrated 360° marketing plans across PR, retail, experiential, and digital channels. Exposure to luxury or premium brands (e.g., fashion, beauty, hospitality, wine & spirits) is highly valued.

Background in retail execution, merchandising, or trade marketing is a plus, along with prior experience in similar roles.
