Sales Support & Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Support & Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will serve as the core hub connecting Sales, Operations, and Marketing, focusing on providing comprehensive support for our overseas sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Operations Management: Manage and decompose overseas sales targets, lead the execution and optimization of the full sales cycle, and conduct in-depth sales data analysis.
2. Market Insights & Analysis: Provide market insights based on data analysis to assist in formulating sales strategies and ensuring target achievement.
3. Cross-border Business Support: Assist with cross-border trade processes to ensure compliance, and efficiently coordinate domestic and international resources to support business growth.
4. Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize internal sales support processes, providing necessary marketing and operational support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 5 years of sales operations experience, or 3+ years of experience in overseas sales operations within the PV industry is preferred.
2. Professional Skills:

• Familiarity with overseas sales target management, forecasting, and the full sales cycle.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and market insight.
• Understanding of cross-border trade and compliance.
