What You'll Do

• Support daily Ocean and Air Import & Export operations.
• Create and update shipments in operational systems, including CargoWise and TMS platforms.
• Validate shipping documentation and ensure process compliance.
• Monitor shipment milestones and maintain accurate tracking information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Provide shipment updates and operational support to customers and stakeholders.
• Support invoicing and reporting activities.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or Administrative Operations.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ocean and Air Import/Export operations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics systems.
• Exposure to Freight Forwarding or Shared Service Center environments.
