IT Infrastructure Strategy Leader

Objetivo del Rol:
Gestionar de forma integral la obsolescencia tecnológica en plataformas críticas, asegurando la continuidad operativa, seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio, mediante la definición, ejecución y mejora continua de metodologías de obsolescencia alineadas a la estrategia tecnológica y al apetito de riesgo de la organización.
Alcance del Servicio:
Gestión end-to-end de la obsolescencia de activos de TI, con énfasis en:
Sistemas Operativos Windows Server
Sistemas Linux (RedHat)
Responsabilidades Clave:
Definir, mantener y liderar el proceso de gestión de obsolescencia técnica.
Analizar ciclos de vida (EOL / EOS), riesgos técnicos y de seguridad asociados.
Evaluar y mejorar metodologías existentes, proponiendo enfoques preventivos.
Elaborar y priorizar roadmaps de actualización, migración o reemplazo.
Identificar riesgos de continuidad operativa, seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio.
Generar reportes ejecutivos
Asegurar alineación con estándares y mejores prácticas de la industria.
Perfil Técnico Requerido:
3 años de experiencia en gestión de obsolescencia, plataformas o activos de TI.
Experiencia sólida en:
▪ Windows Server
▪ Linux (RedHat)
Conocimiento de:
▪ Ciclos de vida tecnológicos
▪ Políticas de soporte
▪ Parches y gestión de vulnerabilidades
Conocimiento práctico de:
▪ ITIL
▪ ITAM / CMDB
▪ Gestión de riesgos tecnológicos
▪ COBIT (deseable)
Habilidades Clave :
Pensamiento analítico y visión preventiva.
Capacidad de cuestionar y mejorar procesos establecidos.
Comunicación clara con equipos técnicos y niveles ejecutivos.
*Es una posición por contrato de 9 meses con posibilidad de extenderse.

Salario neto: $32,500
Modalidad: Hibrida, de 2 a 3 veces por semana
horario: de 8:30 a 6:00 p.m.
