Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree Electronic Engineering
• 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job

Position Purpose :

Assure production and facilities equipment availability. To provide solutions to the company requirements.

Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines.
• Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Other Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
• Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
• Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
• Use of measuring and control systems.
• Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.
• Data analysis driven.
• Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.
• Microsoft office and CMMS maintenance system (IE. Maximo, MP2, Infor, Etc.).
• Strong adaptability and collaboration/teamwork skills.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• English spoken and written (Business level negotiation) and presentations.
• High performance expectation.
• Lead people; team for different areas.
• Data analysis, RCA,s and quality systems.
