AI-Driven IT Operations & Delivery Lead

Zendesk seeks an IT Operations & Delivery Excellence Lead to drive operational efficiency and delivery velocity across our IT organization in a hybrid Mexico City setting. You will champion the How We Work framework, scale Agile practices, and integrate AI capabilities into daily workflows, partnering with executives and engineering leaders.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years leading Agile transformations, deep Scrum/Kanban/SAFe knowledge, strong Jira usage, and exceptional coaching skills.
